Isang Rap en Rol Musical is a reimagination of the life and struggles of an indiofarmer in Jose Rizal’s seminal novel El Filibusterismo.The story recounts the tragic fate of Kabesang Tales, and the disintegration of his family when he decides to stop the unjust taxation of the colonial authorities, and fight them in order to defend the land that defines his life.
